As a key member of our HR department, you will play a crucial role in providing expert advice on HR policies and procedures, collaborating with management to address workforce planning and employee relations matters, supporting recruitment processes, developing and implementing HR strategies, ensuring compliance with workplace health and safety standards, preparing HR reports, facilitating training and development initiatives, and managing employee performance and supporting professional growth opportunities.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
