About The Role
We are currently recruiting a Community Manager to join our Woolgoolga lifestyle community. The Community Manager is responsible for the day-to-day management of the Community including resident satisfaction, financial and people management, enhancing site assets, as well as supporting the Sales Team in the sales of the Community.
Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver engaging community events, foster strong relationships with residents and stakeholders, and maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.
* Oversee the day-to-day presentation, maintenance, and compliance of the Community, ensuring high-quality services and a safe, welcoming environment for residents, staff, contractors, and visitors.
* Lead and develop a high-performing team, ensure workforce planning and performance management, and maintain compliance with Workplace Health and Safety standards through regular audits and risk assessments.
* Collaborate with Sales and Development teams to support home sales, resident interviews, and occupancy levels.
* Manage budgets, financial reporting, and resident records while ensuring adherence to relevant legislation, lease documentation, and industry codes of practice.
About You
* Hold a current First Aid & CPR Certificate, and a valid 'C' class driver's licence.
* Experience in a similar role, with leadership, communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent administrative and financial management abilities, with the capacity to work independently and maintain high standards of documentation and compliance.
* Comfortable with occasional manual tasks such as lifting, cleaning, gardening, and using maintenance or kitchen equipment.
* Maintain a safe work environment and contribute positively to a collaborative and resident-focused team culture.
