The Role
We're looking for a tech-savvy, highly organised Office All Rounder who thrives on juggling tasks and keeping everything running smoothly. You'll support the directors directly, coordinate across multiple teams, and make sure nothing slips through the cracks.
What You'll Be Doing
 * Owning the day-to-day calendar — scheduling, confirming, and keeping things on time
 * Rebooking no-shows and following up with leads/setters
 * Being the link between operations, installations, sales, and the director
 * Managing calls, messages, and emails — no comms left behind
 * Handling ad hoc admin and general tasks that keep the business moving
What We're Looking For
 * Extremely tech savvy — you learn new systems quickly and use them with ease
 * Super organised, detail-focused, and reliable with follow-ups
 * Strong multitasker who works well under pressure
 * Self-starter who takes initiative and works independently
 * Excellent written and verbal communicator
 * Stable internet connection and reliable setup at home
