We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Jewellery Sales Professional to join our flagship boutique at Westfield Chermside. This role is ideal for someone who is not only passionate about luxury sales but also enjoys working both on the floor and off the floor, including managing social media and performing administrative tasks. As part of our dynamic team, you will have the opportunity to interact with clients in-store while also contributing to our online presence and marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide exceptional customer service on the sales floor, assisting clients in selecting high-end jewellery pieces
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring repeat business and loyalty
• Manage social media content creation and help grow the store's online presence
• Perform administrative duties, including handling emails, stock updates, and other office-related tasks
• Contribute to store marketing and promotional efforts, both online and offline
• Work a rotating 7-day roster, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
• Maintain immaculate personal presentation and up-to-date product knowledge
Essential Requirements:
• Minimum of 2 years' jewellery sales experience
• Proven sales ability with a passion for fine jewellery
• Proficiency in social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.) and basic administrative tasks
• A natural flair for design (preferred)
• Strong negotiation skills and an ability to build lasting client relationships
• Positive attitude, maturity, and immaculate personal presentation
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team
• Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy
