Full Job Description Position: Contract Administrator Location: Perth, WA Salary: $140k – $170k About the Role: An exciting opening is now available for a Contract Administrator to join a leading Tier 1 Builder. This role is based in Perth and focuses on large-scale, high-value projects. You will work within a professional team to manage the commercial side of construction from start to finish. This is a great chance to work for a top-tier company with a strong reputation. You will be responsible for managing costs, contracts, and relationships with subcontractors. Key Responsibilities: Subcontractor Management: Handle the letting of trades and manage all subcontract agreements. Cost Tracking: Monitor project budgets and provide regular reports on spending. Progress Claims: Manage monthly claims and make sure payments are made on time. Variations: Assess, negotiate, and process any changes to the project scope. Procurement: Help buy the materials and services needed for the project. Risk Management: Identify any financial risks and help find ways to solve them. What You'll Bring: A solid history of working on large commercial building sites. Strong skills in cost reporting and financial management. A good understanding of construction contracts and laws.
