Environmental Field Supervisor/Bush Regen Supervisor (Brisbane and surrounds)
Ausecology is looking for a passionate and experienced Bush Regeneration Supervisor who has the passion, physical capability and skills to execute projects in weed management and ecological restoration activities.
Ausecology is a specialist in delivering environmental solutions across projects of all scales and complexities with a focus on environmental offsets.

The role will be full-time based mostly in the Greater Brisbane region and surrounds. There may be opportunities to participate in projects further afield including Scenic Rim and Central Qld Regions (Biloela, Rockhampton and Gladstone) which may require working away, accommodation and food provided at our expense.
Skills and experience:
Min 2 years of field bush regeneration, natural area technician, land conservation experience
Qualification in Conservation and Land/Ecosystem Management (Natural Area Restoration) or similar area or practical infield experience
Plant identification skills – native and exotic across a range of ecosystem types
Current ACDC Licence
Current manual driver's licence (or ability to achieve)
Supervisory experience or Team Lead Experience
Highly regarded:
Ecological burn experience
Chainsaw cross-cut and felling
4WD and trailer experience
Planting experience
First & CPR certificate
Tool and small engine maintenance
Remote area (rural) work experience favoured
