We're Uziel Services, a Brisbane-based electrical and air-conditioning business. We're small but growing quickly, with a team that values quality, honesty, and keeping things simple. About the Role


We're looking for a reliable office management administration expert to join us on a casual basis hours per week). This is a remote role, designed to suit highly organised school mums or similar who want stable hours, flexibility around school pick-up/drop-off.

Hours

* 9:00am – 2:00pm approx.
* Monday to Friday (approx. 25 hours total per week)

What You'll Do

* Follow & improve our company SOP's
* Answer calls and emails using our VOIP system
* Manage inboxes, book jobs, and update schedules in Tradify
* Keep tasks and workflows on track in Asana
* Send and follow up quotes and invoices through Xero
* Liaise with trades, suppliers, and clients so nothing falls through the cracks
* Help keep records, licences, and compliance documents organised
* Provide day-to-day admin support so the team can focus on the tools

What You'll Need

* A laptop or desktop computer (up-to-date and reliable)
* Headset/headphones with microphone (for VOIP calls)
* Reliable internet connection (broadband or NBN)
* Webcam for occasional online meetings
* A quiet space to work from home

Skills & Experience

* Previous experience in email management, client contact, and scheduling
* Confidence liaising with tradespeople and customers
* Good organisational skills and attention to detail
* Tech-savvy and able to learn new systems quickly
* Experience in a trades or construction business is highly advantageous
* Preferably Brisbane-based (for training and occasional catch-ups)
