Administration Officer
Full-time | Adelaide
Do Your Best Work with People Who Care About Doing Things Properly
We're seeking a full-time Administration Officer to join a professional, supportive, and high-standards team.
This role will appeal to someone who values clear expectations, strong communication, and working alongside people who genuinely care about doing things well.
This position suits someone who enjoys working in an organised environment, values accuracy, and takes quiet pride in being dependable. You'll be trusted with important information, relied upon by your teammates, and supported by systems that are continually being refined to make the work clearer and more efficient over time.
If you like learning things quickly, remembering instructions, and being the person others can count on to get it right, you'll feel at home here.
-----------------------------------
What You'll Be Doing
* Being the calm, professional first point of contact for clients via phone and email
* Accurately entering, updating, and maintaining job details across multiple systems
* Managing schedules, documentation, and daily administrative workflows so nothing is missed
* Preparing reports, quotes, and correspondence that are clear, accurate, and complete
* Supporting technicians and management by keeping information organised and reliable
* Noticing missing details or inconsistencies and addressing them proactively
* Learning internal processes quickly and applying them consistently and independently
-----------------------------------
About You
* You naturally pay attention to detail and feel satisfied when things are done properly
* You enjoy working within clear expectations, even when systems are still being improved
* You pick up new processes quickly and rarely need the same instruction twice
* You're organised, reliable, and comfortable being accountable for your work
* You communicate clearly, professionally, and respectfully
* You enjoy working with capable, kind people who care about their work and teammates
* You stay steady and focused in a fast-paced environment
* You take ownership of your work and follow through on what you commit to
* You're looking for a long-term role where quality, integrity, and growth matter
* You have a minimum of 1-2 years of administration experience
* You have Australian citizenship or permanent residency work rights
* You have completed Year 12 education as a minimum requirement
-----------------------------------
Experience That's Helpful (But Not Required)
Experience in property insurance claims, building repairs, or restoration administration would be an advantage, particularly if you're familiar with working accurately within structured systems, documentation requirements, and time-sensitive workflows.
That said, we're equally open to candidates from other industries who demonstrate strong attention to detail, learn quickly, and take pride in doing things properly. Capability, judgement, and attitude matter more to us than industry tenure.
You're comfortable learning how things are done here and applying processes consistently, even as systems continue to be documented and refined.

How We Work
We believe great results come from capable people working together with clarity, respect, and shared standards. We're open and honest with each other, we take ownership of our work, and we're always looking for ways to improve how we serve our clients and support one another.
We value professionalism, follow-through, and people who genuinely care about the quality of their work and the experience of their teammates and clients.
-----------------------------------
Why You'll Enjoy Working With Us
* Full-time, stable role with consistent hours
* Clear direction and support, with systems that are actively being improved
* Thorough onboarding and training to set you up for success
* A supportive, down-to-earth team of capable people
* The satisfaction of doing meaningful work that helps people during stressful situations
* Opportunities to grow your responsibilities as your capability grows
* Be part of a respected Adelaide business that sets the standard for service in its industry

How to Apply
Please include your resume and a cover letter explaining:
* why this role appeals to you, and
* the type of team environment in which you do your best work.
