The successful candidate will also work collaboratively with and receive guidance and mentoring from our Principal lawyer, Melissa Lee, who has many years PAE.The role provides the opportunity for autonomous practice, regular Court appearances and growth in management.The case load to be managed includes files in the preliminary advice stage, in prefiling dispute resolution, as well as in active litigation (including in Queensland).About the firm Maeve O'Brien & Associates is located in Balwyn North, and the successful applicant will enjoy the benefit of a workplace with an excellent work life balance and strong team morale.
