We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Volunteer Grants Researcher to join our team and play a crucial role in securing the funding that enables us to fulfill our mission. Working closely with our leadership, you will be responsible for identifying and evaluating grant opportunities that align with our strategic goals. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a meaningful cause while developing your skills in the non-profit sector.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include

* Researching and identifying potential grant and funding opportunities from government bodies, foundations, and corporations.
* Evaluating the eligibility and alignment of funding opportunities with APWA's programs and mission.
* Maintaining a calendar of grant deadlines and reporting requirements.
* Assisting in the preparation and writing of compelling grant proposals and applications.
* Gathering necessary documentation and information required for grant submissions.

Skills And Experience
We are looking for an individual who is a proactive researcher with a passion for our cause. While direct experience in grant writing is valued, we encourage applications from those with strong transferable skills.
