About the Role
As a Team Leader Electrical Inspector, you will be responsible for coordinating resource management and leading field staff to ensure compliance work is undertaken.
The primary focus of this role is to ensure delivery expectations of customer service, quality, and safety are met.
Key Responsibilities include:
* Providing supervisory support and leadership to internal and subcontract resources
* Supporting business objectives and improving operational efficiencies and performance
* Planning, organising, and supporting field activities within specific projects/jobs; ensuring timely completion of projects & maintenance in accordance with Zinfra Asset Management Quality processes
* Ensuring work practices and procedures are in accordance with company policies, quality systems, and statutory safety requirements
* Ensuring safety procedures are fulfilled; each employee is properly trained for the activities being undertaken; each work site is adequately resourced; the workmanship is to an appropriate standard and efficiency
Requirements
* Active 'A' Grade Electrical licence with a G Class Electrical Inspectors Licence
* ESI Worker Card (mandatory VESI training as per the VESI Matrix for Electrical Inspector)
* A current Australian Drivers Licence
About You
To be considered for this role, you should have experience working within a leadership role and possess a sound knowledge of systems and technical information with practical experience in electrical inspection and customer service delivery.
You should also have a sound understanding of all regulatory procedures and activities related to electrical electricity distribution assets. Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise with customers, suppliers, staff, and senior management at all levels, in a professional manner are essential.
