*JOB PURPOSE:
Detail-oriented and proactive, the
Site Training & Recruitment Coordinator*
role oversees blue collar recruitment and planning, implementation, and evaluation of employee training programs for the Minto Factory. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organisational skills, strong communication abilities, and a passion for recruitment and employee development.
The role will collaborate with department heads, subject matter experts, and external training providers to ensure that our training initiatives and recruitment drives align with business objectives and employee needs.
This role will also be responsible for working with Hiring Managers to fill all Minto Factory Blue Collar roles, with the best talent possible, while delivering great quality service to hiring managers, and driving excellent candidate experiences.
This is a 12 Month Parental Leave Cover based at our Minto Manufacturing site.
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Talent Acquisition:**
* End-to-end recruitment activities in collaboration with Hiring Managers, HR hub and HRBPs for all Blue Collar (BC) vacancies
* Support BC assessment centres working closely with the Factory HR team
* Liaise with Immigration specialist (EY) to facilitate application process for visa applications as required
* Lead early careers recruitment and events for blue collar including apprenticeships and similar programs
* Support early careers programs in Minto including internships and graduate programs or similar.
* Managing the full end-to-end on-boarding process for candidates – from selection to offer / acceptance to end of first month Employee Engagement
* Assist in the execution of the engagement plan, including recognition programs, incentive programs, wellbeing programs and events on site
* Ensure a smooth onboarding/offboarding experience
* Support with creation of UNA articles as required
* Facilitate adoption of self-service and informational channels with employees Eg: UNA
Training & PD Pillar
* Participate in the end-to-end People Development (PD) Pillar related to training and skills including the Learning Management System (LMS) build
* Coordinate training to close skill gaps, assess training requirements and build training plans
* Co-ordinate the training calendar and Trainer Assessor mobilizations (in alignment with on-site planning/ activities) to achieve training metrics and ROI.
* Maintain detailed and accurate record keeping of all training, inductions and assessments conducted, along with any other relevant documents where required including the skills matrix
* Coordinate externally and internally delivered training and inductions as appropriate to the requirements of the position
* Assess instructional effectiveness and determine the impact of training on employee skills and KPIs.
* Work with the HR or Training budget to ensure cost-effective training initiatives.
* Manage the Company Induction to ensure compliance with internal and external requirements.
* Build and maintain a training calendar, encompassing both a 'Mandatory' and 'Development' training schedule.
* Act as a point of contact for training-related inquiries and communicate training schedules and updates to participants.
* Provide support and guidance to staff undertaking courses and apprenticeships, monitor progress, and ensure successful completion.
* Facilitate training for employees as required
* Liaise with subject matter experts regarding instructional design
* Evaluate and make recommendations on training material and methodology
* Assist in the creation and updating of training materials, manuals, and resources
* Drive development for pillar leaders, process engineers, and operators.
* Update and maintain skills matrices for operators, technicians, and cell leaders (under HR Advisor's ownership).
* Execute training plans linked to PD Pillar requirements.

*EXPERIENCES & QUALIFICATIONS:*
* Certificate IV – Training and Assessment or similar equivalent (desirable)
* Minimum 5 years proven experience in learning and development coordination or a similar role
* Experience in end to end recruitment (ideally for blue collar FMCG roles)
* Strong organisation skills
* Proficient with MS Office applications (Excel & PowerPoint etc)
* TAE/TAA in Training
