We are seeking an experienced and proactive professional to join our North QLD & NT division as an Administrative Support Coordinator. This role will play a key part in supporting the day-to-day running of the laboratory and broader region, working closely with our Area Manager and Lab Managers to ensure operations are well-organized and on track.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide administrative support for senior management and lab managers
* Maintain client registers, process transactions, and manage inventory
* Coordinate fleet management services, including vehicle maintenance, repairs, and fuel cards
* Process accounts payable, staff expenses, purchase orders, and invoicing
* Schedule and report site classifications
* Assist with licence renewals and insurance claims
* Manage office duties, including answering calls, greeting visitors, handling mail, and maintaining office supplies
Requirements:
* Proven experience in administration, accounts payable, and general office duties
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
* Strong time management and attention to detail
* A friendly team player who enjoys supporting colleagues
