As Creative Producer, you will lead the end-to-end production of campaign and e-commerce creative across Brand Collective's portfolio of brands.
Reporting to the Group GM Marketing, this role is accountable for the seamless operation of our in-house Studio, balancing strategic oversight, workflow optimisation and hands‐on production leadership. You will ensure all shoots are delivered on time, on budget and to the highest creative and commercial standards, while continuously refining processes to improve efficiency, quality and innovation.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
* Leading and managing the in‐house Studio team, fostering a high‐performance and collaborative culture
* Overseeing studio workflow, scheduling and day‐to‐day operations to ensure seamless execution
* Managing end‐to‐end production for in‐studio and on‐location shoots, from briefing through to asset delivery
* Developing production schedules, call sheets and critical path timelines to keep all stakeholders aligned
* Acting as the key point of contact on set, ensuring shoots run to schedule and meet creative expectations
* Managing budgets, supplier negotiations, purchase orders and invoice reconciliation with strong financial oversight
* Collaborating with Creative, Marketing and eCommerce teams to translate briefs into high‐impact visual output
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with photographers, videographers, agencies, talent and suppliers
* Monitoring industry trends and emerging technologies, including AI tools, to elevate studio capability and efficiency
* Ensuring compliance requirements, permits and logistical elements are managed seamlessly
ABOUT YOU
* 5‐7+ years' experience producing fashion or retail photo and video shoots (studio and on‐location)
* Demonstrated experience managing studio operations and production workflows
* Strong commercial acumen with proven budget management and negotiation capability
* Deep understanding of production logistics including talent sourcing, locations and scheduling
* Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast‐paced creative environment
* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Office; Adobe Creative Suite advantageous
* AI‐literate and open to leveraging emerging tools to drive efficiency and innovation
* Strong creative eye with an understanding of the production process from concept to execution
