Your new role
As the Human Resources Manager, you will report to the Chief People Officer and provide operational leadership and support within the portfolio structure. You will lead by example while creating and maintaining a performance-driven culture within the Human Resources team, and work closely with the board of executives to navigate complex Human Resources challenges offering strategic guidance that aligns with organisational goals and objectives, your duties will also include but not limited to;
* Establishing and maintaining effective relationships with stakeholders.
* Provide up-to-date and relevant workforce information to support workforce decisions.
* Manage and prioritise day-to-day team and individual activities.
* Drive continuous improvement, efficiency gains, and positive external relationships.
* Maintain regular feedback processes with the Human Resources team and lead the individual performance management and coaching of team members.
* Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure they are in line with compliance regulations.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful within this opportunity, you will have demonstrated experience in Human Resources Management, including handling employee relations, recruitment and performance management. You will have the ability to identify issues, develop solutions and implement effective strategies.
