This is a standout opportunity for a Food Technology graduate (or related discipline) to begin their career in one of the most innovative and specialised dairy operations in the country. Noumi's Nutritional team works with technologies and processes that you simply won't find in a typical dairy factory—making this the ideal environment for graduates who want to learn fast, think differently and be part of something truly unique.
About the role
As a Graduate Food Technologist, you will be trained to operate and optimise key processes within the Nutritional plant. This includes learning how each system works—from raw material processing and filtration to spray drying and quality assurance.
You will learn to:
* Operate, monitor and troubleshoot production systems
* Conduct quality checks and analyse process data to maintain product integrity
* Collaborate with engineering and maintenance teams
* Participate in continuous improvement projects
* Uphold GMP, HACCP and safety standards

What we're looking for
You'll thrive here if you have:
* A degree in Food Technology, Food Science, Engineering, Science, Biotechnology, Agriculture or similar
* A passion for dairy science, process technology or manufacturing innovation
* An eagerness to learn quickly and work hands‑on with complex systems
* Strong teamwork, communication and problem‑solving skills
* A safety‑first mindset
* Flexibility to work 12‑hour rotating shifts
Experience in dairy or food manufacturing is a plus, but not required—we provide full training.
