You will join our supportive and professional multidisciplinary team andactively contribute to the provision of high quality, efficient and effective health services through reception, clerical and administrative support.
This will include providing outstanding customer service to all people from our diverse community accessing our Dental services.Your skills and experience:Experience working as a receptionist and being part of a team within a Dental settingAbility to multitask whilst maintaining the responsibility of being thefirst point of contact tomeet and greetpatients/familiesStrong communication skills, as you will be required to provide professional, friendly, warm and calm assistance with our patients and familiesAbility to make decisions quicklyand possessexcellent organisational skills in order tomeet clearly defined outcomes and deadlinesHave exceptional attention to detail and good computer skillsExperience with answering phones, greeting clients and supporting with administrative tasksFamiliarity with Titanium Patient Management System or similar and or Cert III in Dental Assisting highly regardedIf this sounds like you, click here to view the position description.The Department:Why work with us?
