In this role, you'll:
Be part of our Business Change & Engagement Team within the Operational Performance & Improvement Branch of the Road Maintenance & Resilience division at Transport for NSW, to support understanding, adoption and positive change outcomes within the Division and with key stakeholders.
As a Senior Change and Engagement Analyst, you'll:
• Partner with project and business teams to assess, analyse, document and implement change and engagement activities
• Work across a tiered delivery model – providing hands-on support where needed, offering fit-for-purpose analysis in other areas, or contributing best practice expertise to program and project change strategies and plans.
• Assist in the execution of the change management process, including stakeholder assessments, communications, training, leadership alignment, transition and implementation activities, across all change services provided.
This will see you providing key Subject Matter Expertise (SME) advice to our Business Program Delivery teams and engaging with a wide variety of stakeholders – both internal and external.

About you
You bring demonstrated knowledge and expertise in change management within a large, geographically dispersed and/or operational environment, and can flex between providing advice or delivering hands-on change and engagement activities.
You're recognised for your ability to establish and maintain stakeholder relationships to support and foster collaboration and support effective change. This will accompany your strong analytical, communication and business writing skills to present complex information clearly and tailor messages to diverse target audiences.
This is an Award Transport Grade 8 Permanent Full Time role based in Milsons Point in Sydney, with flexibility through our cutting-edge hybrid working model!
