Responsibilities
* Model the school values Respect, Kindness, Belonging & Responsibility in actions and provide an inclusive and positive learning environment in Tailored Learning.
* Place students as the priority and work to ensure all students have opportunities to succeed and graduate as well‐rounded individuals who contribute to the local and global community.
* Apply pedagogical approaches suitable for a Tailored Learning environment, using modern technologies and a creative mindset to innovate and promote diverse learning opportunities for students.
* Contribute to an excellence and continuous improvement culture, adopting a reflective, open and collaborative approach within the Tailored Learning Team and the wider staff.
* Engage with and contribute to the shared Site Learning Plan, focused on the implementation of PBL and SA curriculum.
* Collaborate with colleagues and participate in a team that supports Tailored Learning and school-wide initiatives.
Qualifications and Experience
* Experience and capability to deliver Tailored Learning approaches with a focus on student-centred pedagogy.
* Proficiency in using modern technologies to enhance teaching and learning.
* Ability to work within an excellence and continuous improvement culture and to engage in reflective practice.
* Willingness to participate in flexible arrangements (part-time and other flexible schedules will be considered).
