The Position:
* Calibrating espresso machine and grinder to optimise quality of product
* Ensuring that the machine is maintained at optimal efficiency
* Stock rotation and stock take experience
* Operation of a coffee bar including open and close
* Quality preparation and service of beverages including alcoholic beverages
* Provide a warm, friendly, and welcoming style of service to our amazing customers
The Person:
* Full Barista experience – Allpress specific training will be provided
* You are a coffee aficionado with a passion for an excellent customer experience
* Experience in a fast-paced hospitality environment
* Great coffee presentation and customer service skills
* Ability to function in a high volume environment
* Hold a current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate
