Your Role
This newly created role supports the upcoming construction of a world-class sealants facility in South-West Sydney. As a key member of the Selleys Operations team, you will report to the Project Manager and lead the electrical, automation and instrumentation activities throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
* Write specifications, review and approve design documents, ensuring compliance with project requirements and coordinate design activities with other project disciplines.
* Manage the instrumentation design aspects of the project.
* Manage the budget for electrical and instrumentation activities.
* Identify and assess potential risks associated with electrical and instrumentation activities.
* Collaborate with various project stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and suppliers.
* Oversee the quality of electrical and instrumentation work throughout the project.

Requirements
* Qualified in an Electrical, Instrumentation or Automation related field.
* Automation, electrical and instrumentation experience with large scale industrial projects.
* Experience with decommissioning, design, implementation and commissioning.
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Solid project management and people leadership skills.
* Familiarity and understanding of relevant Australian Standards and Codes.
* Experience in implementing Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) for automated manufacturing processes.
