About the Role
* Install, modify, and troubleshoot complex equipment following SOP policies and procedures.
* Provide customer support and training on the operation of our systems.
* Collaborate with factory personnel and development engineering teams to resolve customer issues and implement new product applications.
Requirements
* Degree or Diploma in Electronics, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
* At least 3 years of field experience in a similar technical environment.
* Strong understanding of basic computer languages and commands.
* Ability to travel extensively (70%) to customer sites, both domestically and internationally.
