About the role The CNC Supervisor is responsible for leading a team of CNC machinists and operators, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently, safely, and in accordance with quality standards. They will aspire to grow and develop their team to support meeting their objectives. Responsibilities: Supervise and manage a team of CNC machinists and operators in day-to-day operations, ensuring tasks are completed accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with safety standards. Provide clear communication and direction to team members, monitor performance, and address any issues or concerns that may arise. Develop and maintain manufacturing task schedules, manage work orders, and ensure timely completion of tasks to meet stack output targets. Qualifications and Skills Experience in a supervisory or team leadership role. Qualifications in CNC programming, Toolmaking, Machining, or Engineering preferable Strong knowledge of CNC machining processes, programming, tooling, and safety regulations. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. Proven ability to manage, train, and develop a team in a manufacturing environment. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Ability to lead projects and delegate tasks.
