About the role
Elite Electrical Contracting is seeking experienced Electricians and Electrical Supervisors to join our team in Geraldton, Western Australia. This is a full-time position where you will play a key role in delivering high-quality electrical services to our diverse client base.
What you'll be doing
1. Performing a range of electrical installations and maintenance work to commercial, industrial and residential properties
2. Leading electrical teams and overseeing the work of other electricians and apprentices
3. Troubleshooting and diagnosing electrical issues, and implementing effective solutions
4. Ensuring all work is completed to the highest standards and in compliance with relevant safety regulations
5. Providing exceptional customer service and liaising with clients throughout projects
6. Supporting the continuous improvement of our electrical services and processes
What we're looking for
1. Qualified Electrician with a valid Electrician's License
2. Extensive experience in the electrical industry, ideally 5+ years
3. Strong knowledge of electrical systems, equipment and safety protocols
4. Excellent problem-solving and fault-finding skills
5. Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings and diagrams
6. Ability to lead and motivate electrical teams
7. Strong communication and customer service skills
8. Commitment to quality, safety and continuous improvement
