Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Test Engineer based in Sydney, NSW. The Senior Test Engineer will be responsible for designing and executing comprehensive test plans, identifying and tracking defects, and ensuring high-quality software deliverables. The role involves working closely with development and project teams to define testing requirements and ensure proper integration testing. The individual will play a key role in automating test processes, analyzing results, and contributing to the continuous improvement of testing methodologies. Additionally, collaboration with stakeholders and involvement in the evaluation of system performance will be crucial aspects of this role.
Qualifications
* Hands-on testing of Oracle VSTP (Virtual Signalling Transfer Point) and signalling network elements including
SS7, SIGTRAN, and VSTP
.
* Execute end-to-end testing activities covering test planning, execution, defect management, and validation of telecom signalling solutions.
* Lead and manage projects with responsibility for
planning, scheduling, stakeholder coordination, risk management, and on-time delivery
.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality, performance, and reliability of signalling platforms.
* Strong experience in
telecom testing
, signaling protocols, and
project management
is essential.
