Client Experience Liaison
This is a dynamic role that focuses on delivering high-value service to clients and tenants by aligning with the broader business vision and maintaining a consultative, proactive approach.
The successful candidate will have experience within residential building operations, by-laws and basic facilities management. They will be a solutions-focused professional who cares for residents and is committed to delivering outstanding service.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Leasing: Oversee rental payments and address arrears swiftly, with clear, lawful communication and thorough updates to clients and management.
* Routine Inspections: Assist with conducting timely property inspections in line with procedures and legislation, document condition with photos and notes, and finalise reports promptly for client access.
* Entry & Exit Reports: Assist with completing detailed entry and exit inspections to bond refunds and property upkeep, ensuring all actions are documented and compliant.
