As an integral part of our Hospitality & Retail team, you'll play a leading role in crafting an exceptional, customer shopping experience. * You'll be a mastermind gifting strategist, collaborating with the HRC General Manager to craft and execute a gifting vision that aligns seamlessly with our brand, culture, and business goals driving long term success across homewares, hampers, and merchandise.
* You'll be a brand ambassador, ensuring seamless alignment with our brand while driving commercial viability and scalability. At the same time, you'll uphold the highest standards of presentation, messaging, and personalization, ensuring every gift truly embodies our brand.
* You'll ensure customer happiness by overseeing the entire gifting journey, from order to delivery, making sure every step is seamless, and each gift is on-brand and perfectly aligned with the customer experience, creating moments that truly resonate.

* You'll take the reins on budget performance, expertly handling forecasting, cost control, ROI, and reporting to ensure we're hitting the mark financially.
* You'll be a team player, collaborating effortlessly with marketing, operations, supply, and retail teams to deliver gifting solutions that are coordinated, impactful, and on-point.
* You'll stay ahead of the curve, keeping our gifting products and customer experiences fresh, relevant, and market leading.

* High volumes and tight timelines don't phase you, you keep everything on track and deliver without compromising on quality, no matter the pressure.
* Are a skilled negotiator, seamlessly sourcing and managing third-party suppliers, and coordinating logistics to guarantee smooth, on-time execution from start to finish.
* Have a sharp eye for financials, confidently forecasting spend, tracking ROI, and ensuring budgets are met without breaking a sweat.
* Are well-versed in compliance requirements for food products, packaging, freight, and safety standards, ensuring everything meets the highest legal and ethical benchmarks.
