Key Responsibilities
* Assist in all aspects of property transactions from opening through to post-settlement.
* Provide administrative support to the Conveyancer and broader team.
* Develop knowledge of conveyancing processes and grow within the role.
* Open, maintain, and close client files.
* Liaise with banks, brokers, and other professionals.
* Book settlements and assist with banking and document deliveries.
* Complete post-settlement steps and ensure files are properly finalised.
