About the role:
The role on offer is a customer facing role, covering the end to end process from booking enquiries to returned vehicles. This is essentially a communication role.

* Formal email communication style and excellent phone manner
* Proactive and creative approach to booking and fleet utilisation
* Process oriented and happy to work towards team goals
* Outstanding customer service 100% of the time.
* Building and maintaining relationships with our corporate clients.
