Must-Haves
* Certificate III in Carpentry
* Ability to read and execute architectural plans
* High-quality workmanship and site presentation
* Experience working with trades and subcontractors
* Commitment to site safety
* Ability to complete daily logs and basic project documentation
* Solution-oriented mindset
* Valid driver's license and own vehicle
* Own tools of the trade
