In the role of Senior Agribusiness Manager, you will join a high-performing team of Business Bankers who are driving real impact for customers—focused, empowered, and committed to keeping things simple. Each day, you'll go above and beyond to:
* Be responsible for pro-active management of Agribusiness relationships providing fully integrated corporate solutions, and full portfolio management via growth through existing customer relationships, acquisition of new customers and expense management.
* Take on a portfolio of diverse makeup of medium to large Family and Corporate Agricultural and Post-Farm Gate clients that will provide a unique opportunity to manage complex enterprises and professional relationships.
* Use your business development and relationship management skills, to provide financial advisory services, fully integrated financial solutions, and risk management for customers.
* Ensure success through understanding our client's unique businesses, communicating effectively, making timely decisions, utilising your strong commercial acumen, and driving innovation and continuous improvement.

* Passion for relationship management.
* Highly experienced Agribusiness Manager or an individual with a significant Agri background and previous banking experience with the ability to pick up systems quickly.
