Senior Brand Marketing Manager

As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for driving the end-to-end marketing strategy and execution for a portfolio of fashion and accessories brands. Your goal will be to develop distinct brand marketing plans that grow brand equity, customer engagement, and category performance.\
\
Responsibilities:
\
\
* Lead the annual and seasonal marketing strategy for each brand, ensuring alignment to brand positioning, customer needs, and financial targets.
\\-
* Develop brand-specific marketing frameworks, including campaign cadences, content direction, and tone of voice.
\\-
* Identify category or brand-specific growth opportunities by leveraging customer data, market trends, and trade insights.
\\-
* Drive innovation in brand storytelling by testing new formats, platforms, and engagement strategies to reach and grow brand audiences.
\\-
* Lead the development and rollout of all brand campaigns and activations in partnership with internal creative teams and/or external creative agency partners.
\\-
* Ensure each brand's campaign suite is tailored to its unique customer journey, including product storytelling, digital conversion paths, in-store experience, and loyalty mechanisms.
\\-
* Manage and monitor advertising subsidy agreements with brand partners, ensuring accurate application, compliance, and reconciliation.
\\-
* Work in collaboration with online/e-commerce teams on strategy for each brand across Myer.com.au, email, paid digital, social, and loyalty channels.
\\-
* Partner with Digital and Media teams to create targeted, high-performing digital campaigns across paid and owned assets.
\\-
* Partner with Events and PR team on customer experiences for VIPs and media/influencers.
\\-
* Collaborate with Product, Merchandise, and Buying teams to align marketing plans with product strategy, seasonal trade, and commercial objectives.
\\-
* Work closely with eCommerce, Loyalty, Insights, CRM, and Digital teams to ensure campaigns are data-driven, personalized, and channel-appropriate.

* Lead, coach, and develop a team of marketing specialists to coordinators, creating a culture of ownership, creativity, and agility with proactive problem-solving and commercial thinking.

Requirements:

\
* Demonstrated experience in a senior marketing role, ideally across owned brands, fashion/lifestyle retail, or specialty brands.
\\-
* Strong understanding of brand marketing principles with experience developing marketing plans for distinct brand identities.
\\-
* Proven ability to deliver integrated, omnichannel marketing campaigns across owned and paid platforms.
\\-
* Strong digital acumen, including campaign performance tracking, audience targeting, e-commerce, and CRM strategy.
\\-
* Demonstrated experience managing budgets and maximizing marketing ROI.
\\-
* Confident in stakeholder and cross-functional collaboration, with strong influencing and communication skills.
\\-
* Leadership experience with a track record of growing high-performing, motivated teams.
\\-
* Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
\\-
* Experience working in a multi-brand or private label retail environment.
\\-
* Familiarity with the department store retail model and customer lifecycle marketing.
