As the Senior Quality Manager for our Keysborough operations, you will be at the forefront of our quality assurance efforts, fostering an environment where collaboration and innovation thrive.
This role is not about building governance frameworks from behind a desk — those structures already exist within the business. Instead, this position is about day‐to‐day presence, influence, coaching and problem‐solving, working alongside operations and production teams to embed quality into how work is done.

What's expected?
* Lead a Total Quality Management effort for Product development and Manufacturing Enterprise, overseeing the maintenance and continuous improvement of the QMS in compliance with IATF 16949/ISO9001, ISO14001
* Develop current and future state objectives, embedding Quality as an Enterprise capability and culture across all departments, to improve Customer satisfaction and Brand value
* Leverage technology and software to enable adoption of processes by teams and data driven approaches in Management reporting and prioritization
* Collaborate with cross functional and global teams in Manufacturing, Purchasing, Marketing, Product Development, Sales and Customer Service
* Manage corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) through to verified closure
* Ensure OE customer scorecards and portal compliance is maintained and tracked back to internal reporting metrics.
* Lead response to 8D/customer complaints and warranty claims within agreed response windows
* Drive zero-defect delivery performance and monitor PPM, RPPM, and field return rates
* Manage incoming goods inspection and supplier quality for aftermarket product lines
* Own customer complaint handling, RMA/returns analysis, and warranty trend reporting
* Manage supplier corrective actions (SCAR) and supplier performance metrics
* Drive a quality‐first culture across engineering, manufacturing, and commercial teams
What are we looking for?
* Tertiary qualifications in Engineering or related discipline are preferred but not mandatory
* Solid working background and experience in leading and managing Quality with global teams including product development and manufacturing (Automotive/FMCG or Consumer Goods)
* Familiarity with advanced quality planning tools like APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning).
* Demonstrated work experience managing and implementing a QMS compliant with standards such as IATF 16949/ISO9001, ISO14001.
* Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present to a variety of audiences ensuring stakeholder engagement at all levels and in across different reporting regions
* Exposure/experience in global businesses and a diverse multi-cultural environment
* Strong, engaging and influential style of leadership, communication, and problem‐solving skills, with a focus on results
* Agile, resilient with proven ability to motivate and guide cross functional teams
* Good commercial acumen – ability to know when to share and elevate
* High attention to detail with excellent organisational skills
