We are seeking an experienced, efficient and enthusiastic full time receptionist / office manager to join our team. This person will combine an exceptional front-desk client service whilst acting as the hub of office operations.
Responsibilities
* Ability to manage office supplies, co-ordinate services and handle administrative and HR tasks
* Ability to work without supervision
* Provide professional and warm interactions with visitors whilst maintaining confidentiality regarding sensitive information
* Ability to juggle urgent calls, walk-in clients and clerical duties whilst maintaining composure
* Building strong relationships with clients, suppliers and staff to ensure smooth office functioning
* Driver's licence and motor vehicle desired
* Final pay will depend on your skills and experience
