The Senior Office Coordinator role is responsible for providing administrative support to our management and sales teams.
* This involves a wide range of office, business, and sales administrative duties including data entry for credit/debit card receipts.
* You will be the welcoming first point of contact by answering and redirecting incoming phone calls.
In addition to these tasks you will also be required to assist with accounts payable, bank and credit card reconciliations, end-of-month processes in Xero as well as fortnightly payroll.
