Located on 17 acres of lush parkland in Edmonton, Sugarworld Adventure Park is a vibrant destination for family fun. Home to local peacocks and packed with modern water attractions, it’s the perfect place to work and play.
We feature:
o Three epic waterslides : Mat Racer (74m), Super Jet (100m), and Tandem Tube Raft (120m)
o Splash Town : Cairns’ ultimate kids water zone with slides, pools, fountains, and a giant water bucket—designed for children under 10
The waterpark is a seasonal venue. We are open from September this year to the end of April next year. We are operate during the hours of 10am - 4.30pm Saturday and Sunday, public holidays and school holidays.

The Role
We’re looking for enthusiastic, reliable, and friendly lifeguards to join our team at Sugarworld Adventure Park in Edmonton.
o You’ll oversee daily pool operations and ensure a safe, fun environment for all guests.
o Your focus will be water safety, customer service, and maintaining high standards across the facility.
What We’re Looking For:
o Passion for water safety
o Energetic, outgoing, and fun personality
o Strong communication and customer service skills
o Ability to engage with people of all ages, backgrounds, and abilities

Skills & Attributes:
o Excellent verbal communication skills
o An understanding of OHS and public safety applications within your facility
o Ability to work mornings, evenings and weekends
o Ability to work effectively both independently and as a strong and valuable part of the team
o Current First Aid (Level 2) & Current CPR Certificate
o National Police Check
o Current Pool Lifeguard Certificate
o Previous experience and success in a comparable role is not essential but highly regarded
o Current Pool Operations Certificate is not essential but highly regarded
