Our client is a highly successful Bookkeeping firm based in the beautiful coastal region of Geelong. Due to internal growth, they are now excited to bring on a new Bookkeeper to work closely with their Accounting and Bookkeeping team on their varied client portfolio.
This role has the potential to be part time, or full time and offers flexibility for the right person.
In your role, you may be responsible for;
- Liaising with clients regarding any bookkeeping requirements they may have.
- Following up outstanding debts when required.
- Accounts payable and receivable.
- Payroll.
- Account Reconciliation.
- BAS and IAS preparation and lodgements.
- Income tax return preparation
- Superannuation and financial planning.
- Using Xero, MYOB, and Quickbooks to collate client data.
