Sales Support Administrator

At CROSSMARK, we work with some of Australia's biggest and most exciting brands — and we're looking for a motivated Sales Support Administrator to help keep things running smoothly behind the scenes.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll be the go-to support for our Sales and Client Account Managers — helping the team stay organised, informed, and ready to deliver for our clients.

Your day-to-day will include:

* Preparing and maintaining sales documents, reports, and presentations
* Assisting with data entry and keeping key sales records up to date
* Responding to customer and sales team enquiries with professionalism and care
* Tracking sales targets and performance metrics
* Collaborating across marketing, finance, and operations to keep things moving
* Spotting opportunities to make our sales processes even better
* Working with client on MSO submissions and updating promotions

Who You Are

We're looking for someone organised, proactive, and eager to learn — someone who loves being part of a team and wants to build a solid foundation for their career.

You'll bring:

* Ideally 1–2 years' experience in sales, merchandising, or admin (retail or office-based)
* Great attention to detail and strong admin skills
* Confident Excel skills (intermediate or above)
* Excellent communication and time management
* A positive attitude and willingness to jump in and help wherever needed
