* Build GTM Engine: Establish and shape our enterprise go-to-market engine (people, playbooks, partnerships) to maximize market share.
* Drive Product Strategy: Collaborate closely with marketing and engineering teams to drive product development.
* Represent the Company: Represent the company at events, conferences, and across your own network to build relationships and secure new opportunities.
**Requirements:**
* Agent/Franchise Network: Possess a strong agent/franchise network in NSW and beyond.
* Sales Background: Have a background in software or technical sales, ideally in a startup environment.
* Communication Skills: Be able to explain complex technology in simple terms and deliver demos that land.
* Performance Track Record: Possess a track record of beating targets and scaling new markets.
