Job Description
We are seeking an Events & Partnerships Manager for the Australia and New Zealand region. This role focuses on the planning and execution of high-impact events and the development of strategic partnerships that enhance brand visibility and consumer engagement. The position is ideal for someone passionate about lifestyle branding, community building, and operational excellence in fast-paced environments.
Salary Range: 100,000 - 110,000 AUD (Australian Dollars)
Responsibilities
Develop and execute event and partnership strategies alongside the Head of Marketing for ANZ.
Plan and deliver high-quality activations, including samplings, trade shows, and Celsius-owned events.
Support distribution partners with branded assets for trade and hospitality events.
Oversee logistics such as vendor coordination, venue selection, budgeting, and on-site execution.
Lead event marketing, registration, sponsorship, and audience engagement.
Measure and report on event and partnership effectiveness for continuous improvement.
Activate brand ambassadors and athletes in collaboration with the Social Media Manager.
Identify, negotiate, and manage brand partnerships and sponsorships.
Collaborate across departments (marketing, sales, legal, product) on partnership campaigns.
Build and maintain industry relationships, staying on top of trends and new opportunities.
Manage relationships with activation and sampling agencies to ensure flawless execution and brand consistency across all touch points.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
5+ years of experience in event planning and partnership management preferred.
In-depth knowledge of the beverage industry.
Strong communication, negotiation, and project management skills.
Experience in budgeting, vendor/contract management.
Proficiency in digital marketing and event promotion.
Established network in the events/beverage industry.
Must hold a valid driver’s license.
