Team Leader & Labourers - Parks and Gardens
Perfect Landscapes is a Bunbury based company servicing the South West for over 15 years. We are well presented with all modern trucks and equipment. Perfect Landscapes operates on a large variety of sites maintaining residential estates, schools, sporting ovals, shopping centres, council grounds, and commercial properties.
Qualifications & experience
* White Card
* Previous lawn and garden maintenance experience preferred
* Work well in a team
* Traffic Management accreditation (an advantage)
* WA Police clearance
* WA Health Spray licence (an advantage)
Tasks & responsibilities
* All aspects of lawn and garden maintenance including but not limited to mowing (ride on and push), edging, trimming, pruning, weeding, fertilising.
* New landscape installation and maintenance including planting, mulching, levelling, laying lawn, installing edging and paths.
* Reticulation installation, servicing and repairs
* Look after and respect equipment
* Working 36-45 hours per week Monday to Friday
Team Leader additional responsibilities
* Ensure that allocated jobs are completed to a high standard
* Ensure that any safety signage and equipment is setup correctly
* Lead and organise a crew of between 2-6 people
* Ensure that all required equipment is taken to, and brought back from, each job
* Maintain equipment in good condition and report any required maintenance or repairs
