We are seeking an experienced and motivated Chef to join our vibrant Food & Beverage team at the RAAFA Club, located within the beautiful RAAFA Estate in Meadow Springs near Mandurah.

About the role
As a hands‐on Chef, you will play a key role in delivering high‐quality meals while maintaining a safe, efficient, and well‐run kitchen environment.
* Deliver nutritious, high‐quality meals in a commercial kitchen setting
* Maintain a well‐organised and compliant kitchen environment
* Support kitchen operations, including staffing and cost management
* Lead by example with a hands‐on approach to food preparation and service
* Manage stock control and rotation effectively
* Ensure compliance with food safety standards (HACCP)
* Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
About you
You are a reliable and team‐focused professional who thrives in a fast‐paced kitchen and takes pride in delivering excellent food and service.
To be successful, you will have:
* Certificate III in Commercial Cookery
* Previous experience in a similar role
* Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene standards
* Ability to work effectively in a commercial kitchen environment
* A current C Class Driver's Licence
* Working rights in Australia
You will also need to provide (or be willing to obtain):
* A National Police Clearance (issued within 6 months)
* Evidence or willingness to obtain flu vaccinations
