Network Infrastructure Specialist Role
We are seeking a skilled professional to assume the role of Network Infrastructure Specialist.
The ideal candidate will possess expertise in designing, implementing and optimizing ICT infrastructure across various environments. This includes the deployment and configuration of Nutanix HCI, endpoint security policies using Trellix ePO, regular vulnerability scans using Tenable Nessus, and Splunk Enterprise management.
* Design and implement secure ICT networks, systems and tools with an emphasis on secure environments.
* Deploy and configure Nutanix HCI for efficient system operation.
* Maintain and configure endpoint security policies to safeguard against potential threats.
* Perform regular maintenance and troubleshooting of Trellix ePO to ensure optimal performance.
* Manage and configure Tenable Nessus to conduct regular vulnerability scans and identify areas for improvement.
* Manage and configure Splunk Enterprise to provide real-time monitoring and analysis of system activity.
* Develop and document ICT & security changes to enhance systems and controls.
Required Skills:
* Higher degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
* Experience administering Red Hat Enterprise Linux or similar Linux operating systems.
* Experience administering Windows Server and Desktop operating systems.
* Desirable: experience administering Nutanix HCI, AWS and Azure environments, and cyber-security governance regimes.
