An experienced Oracle HCM Senior Principal Consultant is sought to join NRI's Oracle Practice, reporting to the General Manager - Oracle. This is a senior role spanning delivery and pre‑sales, supporting the growth of Oracle HCM Cloud and emerging Oracle AI capabilities.
What You'll Do:
* Lead design and delivery of Oracle HCM Cloud solutions across Core HR, Talent, Learning, Compensation, and Analytics.
* Partner with Oracle and internal leadership on pre‑sales, including solution design, demos, and proposals.
* Advise clients on Oracle AI capabilities (AI Agents, ODA, GenAI, Guided Learning).
* Translate complex HR requirements into scalable, best‑practice Oracle solutions.
* Lead onshore and offshore teams and manage senior stakeholders.
What We're Looking For:
* 10+ years' experience in enterprise HCM, including 5+ years Oracle HCM Cloud.
* Proven delivery of large‑scale Oracle Cloud transformations.
* Strong pre‑sales and stakeholder engagement capability.
* Experience with Oracle AI and HCM integrations (OIC, REST/SOAP).
* Oracle HCM Cloud certification(s) and a strong consulting mindset.
