About the role
As an Administrator, reporting to the Shutdown Maintenance Planner, you will be responsible for organising travel and accommodation bookings, site access compliance, updating cost / safety / training tracking systems and ensuring contractors are onboarded correctly.
About you
You will have excellent time management skills as well as high attention to detail.
You will also be a excellent communicator, organising and coordinating both internal and external stakeholders for upcoming shutdowns.
Additionally, you will possess advanced skills in the Microsoft Office suite and be adaptable to learning how to use new software.
