* Experience in a similar leadership or supervisory role in a fast-paced high volume fashion retail environment.

* Demonstrated commercial acumen with the ability to exceed sales, wages, and shrinkage KPIs.
* An eye for detail with a passion for styling and visual merchandising.
* Exposure to large stock volumes and stock management.
