Responsibilities
* Craft and edit copy for a wide range of brands across digital, social, CRM, radio, outdoor, TV, and more
* Interpret project briefs to develop copy‑based solutions that meet client objectives
* Collaborate with a passionate, award‑winning team of designers, strategists, media experts, and creative leaders
* Grow your skills with hands‑on experience, regular training, and the freedom to experiment
What you'll bring
* 1–3 years' experience as a copywriter in an agency or similar environment
* A portfolio of live campaign work that shows your craft and versatility
* Strong copywriting skills across eDM, social, SEM, websites, newsletters, blogs, and other digital platforms
* Understanding of media formats and requirements (character counts, alt text, subject lines, SEO keywords, metatags, etc.)
* A collaborative, solutions‑driven mindset with the ability to stay calm under pressure
* Creative thinking, sharp problem‑solving, and confident communication
Nice to have (but not essential)
* Experience developing concepts for traditional channels (radio, print, outdoor, broadcast)
* Bonus skills – from Adobe Creative Suite or podcasting to barista‑level coffee making or Tibetan throat singing (yes, really)
