 
        
        Program Lead Role
The Program Lead is responsible for implementing and managing school-based programs, focusing on improving student attendance, career pathways, and cultural identity.
 * Develop and execute comprehensive program plans to meet the needs of students and schools.
 * Maintain effective relationships with community members, students, and school staff.
 * Provide daily transportation services as required.
 * Offer mentorship and support to First Nation students aged 12-18 through workshops, in-class tutoring, and outside class assistance.
 * Deliver life skills and school engagement activities, including cooking, creative arts, leadership development, CV creation, goal setting, and job readiness training.
 * Administer a healthy breakfast program for program participants.
 * Organize physical education activities, incorporating traditional Indigenous games.
 * Coordinate after-school and weekend activities, including excursions.
 * Foster opportunities for cross-cultural exchange between community groups, the program, and schools.
 * Establish personalized learning pathways for program students.
 * Collaborate with school teams, occasionally working weekends and overnight to deliver residential programs and camps.
Key Qualifications
 * Strong leadership and program management skills.
 * Effective communication and relationship-building abilities.
 * Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
 * Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and evenings.
 * First Aid certification an asset.
