About the Role:
The role involves pivotal coordination of client delivery within a Community Mental Health team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate multi-disciplinary team activities to achieve continuity and quality of client care and outcomes.
* Contribute to the development, implementation, and monitoring of corporate policies and processes.
* Ensure mechanisms are in place to support ongoing education where work and learning are integrated.
* Development of team performance and a positive work culture in the interest of client outcomes.
About You:
To be successful in this role, you will require:
* A Registered Nurse by the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia with at least 3 years post-qualification experience, or an Allied Health qualification from a recognised tertiary institution and current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Registration Agency.
* Demonstrated leadership qualities including highly developed skills in communication, problem solving, conflict resolution, and negotiation.
* Ability to work collaboratively within the multi-disciplinary team to promote communication processes to enable best client outcomes.
