About The Role: Reporting to the Operations Manager, this role will be actively involved in all facets of the sales process, working autonomously to achieve KPI's. Responsibilities: Setting the annual sales plan to drive the business moving forward. Focus sales activity in those areas of the market which will maximize the sales. opportunity. Identify and regularly contact existing customers. Provide accurate pricing, using estimating spreadsheets and entering quotes in Xero. Provide a range of support services to customers including site visits, factory tours and quality controlling the output from the productions. Provide accurate and timely feedback to management on market conditions including pricing, competitor activity and marketing initiatives. Build long-term relationships with the customer base and position our client as a leading supplier. To be proactive, enthusiastic, results oriented, well-spoken and well presented. Maintain accurate CRM to maximize the sales opportunities in line with company expectations. About You: To be successful in this role, you must be a proactive person and is motivated to work autonomously. Knowledge of powder-coating process is an advantage, and experience working in a similar SME manufacturing is required. Why Apply?
